About Radicatus
Radicatus Ltd is an independent business consultancy led by Monique Carew, Director and Principal Consultant. The business was established to provide senior operational and strategic consultancy to organisations that need experienced, executive-level support without the scale, cost, or rigidity of a large firm.
The name comes from the Latin radicatus — well-rooted. It reflects the belief that durable results come from understanding an organisation deeply, working with its grain, and embedding interventions that last beyond the engagement itself.
Monique brings experience across business transformation, operating model design, governance, cross-functional delivery, and management information — gained in complex, regulated, and multi-stakeholder environments. She has operated at senior level across private sector organisations and large-scale international programmes, with direct exposure to boards, investors, regulators, and government stakeholders.
